灯具玻璃：所谓灯具玻璃是将高透明优质的电子级原材料加工而成，根据客户研发图纸进行定做加工，一般都需要钢化处理，钢化后在表面形成强大而均匀的应力，中心层则形成张应力。钢化玻璃有强大的压应力存在，受到外力冲击后，外压作用产生的张应力，被强大的压力所抵消。因此，机械强度成倍地增加。特性：当玻璃破碎时，形成碎小的颗粒状，可大大减少对人体的伤害；其强度约为非钢化玻璃的5倍以上；耐温度是普通玻璃(未钢化玻璃)的三倍以上；所以深圳诚隆玻璃厂强烈推荐所有的LED灯饰灯具玻璃使用钢化处理。

Tempered glass (physical tempered glass): It has been polished, when it close to the softening temperature of heating, then after rapid cooling, forms a strong and uniform surface stress and a  tensile stress in the center layer. The tempered glass has a strong compressive stress,when comes to the external shocks, the external pressure resulting from tensile stress will be offset by strong pressure. Therefore, the mechanical strength multiplied. 

Characteristics: 

When the glass broken, forms tiny granular,which will greatly reduce the harm to the human body; 

Its strength is about 5 times more than non-tempered glass; 

Its temperature-resistant degree is 3  times than normal glass (not toughened glass);
