该设备自动将生产出的玻璃产品由水平位置翻转为竖直位置，并一片片整齐装入固定好的玻璃箱（架）内。整机采用PLC集中控制，人性化设计操控，从吸片翻转到装入箱（架）内全套动作自动完成，整机设计合理，动作灵敏可靠。供选用液压系统和机械结构等两种方式完成吸盘臂翻转和行走及装片，可靠的真空系统吸片，装片可靠，叠片无破坏。可配套于镀膜玻璃生产线和镀镜玻璃生产线使用，替代了人力装箱（架）的功能，提高功效，安全可靠。 Automatic packing machine turns the glass panes from horizontal to vertical and then puts them to crate orderly. Controlle with PLC, the machine can complete whole procedures automatically. It is scientific, safe and reliable. There are two alternative rotation systems as hydraulic system and mechanical one. Vacuum system ensures loading reliable and the glass packing is free from damage. It can be used for glass coating line and mirror coating line instead to replace the manual work, resulting in more efficiency, safety and reliability.
